Forward Flow - Natural Stress Relief and Intention Setting

Purpose

  • To set an intention in heart and body for the highest good for oneself and for the situation that one is in.  This protocol can also be used for a particular intention and as natural stress relief.  It is about establishing a deep harmony with one's vision.

Two-Minute Simple Balance

1.  Drink Water

2.  Hook up the hemispheres of the brain with Heart Blessing.  With hands crossed over the chest, alternate tapping with each hand.

3.  Rest in the heart for a moment with both hands on the heart.

Procedure

1.  Crown-Heart Hold: With eyes closed, hold one hand on the crown and one hand on the heart for two minutes.


2.  Hold one hand on the heart and one hand on the sacrum for two minutes


3.  Forehead-Heart Hold:  Hold one hand on the forehead covering the third eye and one hand on the heart for two minutes.

4.  Brain Flow Mundra:  Hold one hand on the back of the head and one hand on the forehead for two minutes.

5.  Hold one hand on the back of the head and one hand below the navel for two minutes.

  • Notice the sensations in your body.  Notice if any feelings have changed and, if so, how.
